Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, no-shows, and refunds are handled for appointments booked at Aurora Clinic.

No-Show Policy

If a patient does not attend their appointment without informing the clinic, the advance/consultation fee is non-refundable.

Patient Cancellation

• Patient-initiated cancellations do not qualify for a refund.
• Patients may reschedule only once, subject to doctor availability.

Clinic/Doctor Cancellation

If the clinic or doctor cancels the appointment, a 100% refund of the advance will be issued.

Refund Timelines

• Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
