Cancellation, Refund, and Appointment Policy

Welcome to the online appointment booking portal for Dr. Mainak Sen – Gynecology & Obstetrics Specialist in Malda. We are committed to providing a smooth, transparent, and reliable consultation experience for women seeking expert care.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Appointment Cancellation: Once your appointment is successfully booked online, cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances.


• Rescheduling: If you need to change your appointment time, please do so at least 24 hours in advance via our booking system or by contacting the clinic directly.


• No-Show Policy: Patients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or free rescheduling.

Refund Policy

• No Refunds: Medical consultations are time-sensitive and personalized services. Therefore, no refunds will be issued once an appointment is confirmed, even if rescheduled or missed.


• Partial Payment: We collect 40% of the consultation fee during online booking. The remaining balance is to be paid in person at the clinic. The online booking fee is non-refundable.


• Exceptional Situations: In case of medical emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, please reach out to us directly. We will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis and may offer alternative arrangements at our discretion.

Shipping and Delivery

• No Shipping or Delivery Services: This platform is solely for booking in-person appointments with Dr. Mainak Sen. We do not offer physical products, shipping, or online medical consultations at this time.
